No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, all products sold on Laittar are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Allergy/sensitivity reactions caused by ingredients
  • Incorrect usage/application of products

Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions and perform a patch test before using any product.


Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

Customers must contact our support team within 1 Week of delivery only if they receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Broken items
  • Leaked products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

In such cases, replacement or refund requests will be considered only after proper verification.


Important Conditions for Claims

An unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory for claims related to:

  • Missing items
  • Leakage
  • Breakage
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products

Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.

If the package appears tampered, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact us within 3 days from the delivery update.


Refund Process

If a refund request is approved after verification:

  • Refunds may take 7–15 working days to reflect in the original payment method.
  • COD refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • A payment gateway/processing fee of 2.5% may be deducted on cancellations.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If a prepaid order is returned back after shipment, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
